Employees of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel can book a free online meeting using this link. During this meeting you can discuss your questions, problems and goals and we will offer free advise and we can discuss potential collaborations in the future.

Slots can only be booked up until 48h before the start of the slot between 9h00 and 12h00 and between 13h00 and 17h00.

If you are not an employee of the VUB please reach out to Sara Budts and explain your situation.

Open Office

On Thursdays we don’t allow bookings but our offices are open for spontaneous walk-ins.
